The mission of the City of Boynton Beach’s Building Department is to protect the lives and safety of the residents and visitors of the City of Boynton Beach, preserve the quality of life, and contribute to economic development. The Building Department has the duty and power to enforce all ordinances and laws regulating construction by providing services such as permit issuance, plans examination, and inspections.

Our digital permitting software, SagesGov, allows customers to take full control of their projects, while simultaneously allowing staff to intake, review, and issue permits in a more efficient manner.
